Qujing Huanju New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established on May 10, 2023. It is a joint venture between Jiangxi Longzheng Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Qujing Transportation Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd., focusing on the research, development, production and sales of green and low-carbon new materials.
The company focuses on the application of phosphogypsum in the fields of lightweight fireproof partition boards, fireproof coatings and prefabricated components, and is committed to the research, development and industrialization of phosphogypsum resource utilization technology. Through technological innovation and industrial collaboration, we will promote the transformation of phosphorus chemical solid waste into high value-added products. Using industrial solid waste such as phosphogypsum, desulfurized gypsum, and slag as the main raw materials, we develop a series of products such as lightweight fireproof partition boards, fireproof coatings, and prefabricated building components to support the comprehensive utilization of solid waste and the development of the green building materials industry in Qujing City. As of May 2025, three production lines for lightweight fireproof wall panels, fireproof coatings, and prefabricated components have been completed and put into production. After the first phase of the project is completed, it is expected to consume approximately 290,000 tons of phosphogypsum annually, with an annual output value exceeding 300 million yuan, and providing more than 100 jobs.
The company has applied for 7 invention patents and 2 utility model patents, and published papers such as "Durability Test Analysis of the Correlation between Airtight Phosphogypsum Concrete and Ordinary Concrete" and "Performance Comparison and Adaptability Analysis of RPC and UHPC Materials in Extreme Environments".
Ongoing projects: Yunnan Xuanhui Expressway, Yunnan Huiqiao Expressway, Yunnan Mouyuan Expressway, Yunnan Menglu Expressway, Guangdong Yangxin Expressway, etc. Completed projects: Yunnan Naxing Expressway, Yunnan Hejianlan Expressway, Yunnan Xiangli Expressway, Huaping Expressway, etc.
