Troy Rowe, Founder, ReSource

Troy Rowe is the founder of ReSource Pty Ltd, Australia's largest dedicated e-waste recycling facility based in Melbourne, and co-founder of PV Industries, a solar panel recycling venture tackling the emerging wave of end-of-life photovoltaic waste. He also founded GreenQuip, which supplies recycling equipment across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. Troy serves as a director of both the Australian Council of Recyclers (ACOR) and the Australian Battery Recycling Initiative (ABRI), where he contributes to national policy on battery stewardship, circular economy frameworks, and responsible end-of-life management for energy products. With nearly a decade of experience building recycling infrastructure from the ground up, Troy is a vocal advocate for transparency and accountability in how Australia manages its growing volumes of electronic and energy waste.
