CEO | Founder | Clean Energy Advocate | Driving Australia’s Transition to Net Zero Lisa Marsh is a founding leader and the Chief Executive Officer of eLumina, an Australian clean energy company pioneering locally manufactured, battery-integrated EV chargers and energy storage systems. Under her leadership, eLumina is transforming the energy infrastructure landscape with breakthrough technologies designed to meet the demands of Australia’s transition to net zero, especially in regional and remote communities where grid access is limited. A visionary and hands-on executive, Lisa draws on over 20 years of experience in finance, funding, leasing, and asset management. Her senior leadership roles at ASX-listed giants Eclipx Group and McMillan Shakespeare, combined with her founding of the Gerraty White Group, cement her reputation as a commercially astute leader with deep sectoral knowledge and a strong national network. Lisa’s passion for clean energy was sparked during EV manufacturing consulting work overseas, where she saw firsthand the untapped potential for Australian-built fast charging infrastructure. Since 2023, she has led eLumina to become the largest charge point operator in Western Australia, delivered Australia’s first EV fast-charging route across the 2,400 km Great Northern Highway, and secured major national partnerships including with NRMA. Lisa is a 2024 & 2025 recipient of The Australian Top 100 Innovators, 2025 finalist for Women Leading Tech and received an awardee of merit for Gold Coast Women in Business Awards Australia (WIBAA). She is also Deputy Chair of Latitude: Directions for Young People and a fierce advocate for Australian-made technology, skills growth, and sovereign energy capability.
