A governance and finance professional with over 25 years of experience, Kim has deep expertise in both the public and private sectors and is passionate about maximising efficiency and outcomes, whilst balancing risk and financial impact.

After commencing her career in project finance consulting, Kim worked at the UK Department of Health and NHS on various infrastructure and services contracts before returning to Australia to join NSW Treasury. There she held 3 roles, first in the Infrastructure and Structured Finance Unit; second as Deputy Secretary of Trade, Tourism, Investment and Precincts and, finally, as NSW Treasury’s Chief Operating Officer.

Returning to the private sector in 2021, Kim joined Deloitte as a Partner in the Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice where she advised the NSW government in development of its Renewable Energy Zones. Here, Kim developed her passion for climate change and the energy transition. She now leads the Energy, Climate Change and Sustainability team at NSW DCCEEW, with particular responsibility for NSW’s Net Zero policy and Electricity Infrastructure Roadmap.
