Kate Lee | Global Advocacy Director

Kate joined Solar Citizens as Global Advocacy Director in February. She is a human rights and social justice campaigner and advocate working across international social movements. Most recently Kate led the Australian union movement’s international development organisation, Union Aid Abroad-APHEDA, for 12 years. Kate’s experience in internationalism comes from a place of solidarity for a just and equitable world, with dignity for everyone, at work, home and community. She holds a Master of Policy and Applied Social Research and is a Churchill Fellow.
