A passionate advocate for women in male-dominated trades, she champions inclusive workforce strategies that attract, retain and elevate women in construction, energy and technical fields — seeing the renewable transition as a catalyst for cultural and structural change.   With international experience spanning India , China, South Pacific and the UK, Fiona brings a global perspective to skills reform and workforce development. She is committed to ensuring Australia’s clean energy future is powered by a skilled, diverse and industry-connected workforce.
