Yiannos Ashiotis is a seasoned executive and board-level advisor with over two decades of leadership at the intersection of regulatory strategy, governance, and cross-border financial services. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Pnyx Hill Group, an international advisory platform with licensed entities in the UAE (ADGM), Cyprus, Greece, and Kazakhstan (AIFC), serving banks, financial institutions, fintechs, funds, and corporates across the EU, GCC, Africa, and Central Asia. He combines deep regulatory expertise with strategic insight, having advised central banks, financial regulators, investment firms, and RegTech innovators on complex frameworks spanning market entry, digital assets, ESG, AML/CFT, and institutional transformation. He has led major advisory and licensing engagements aligned with MiFID II, AIFMD, PSD2, and emerging global regulatory standards.
