Vishal has 18 years of professional experience in large multinational firms (Standard Chartered, ICICI Bank, P&G, American Express) as a Product Specialist, Transaction Banker and a digital transformation catalyst. Vishal holds a master’s degree in Management. He is leading Cash Product Management for UAE and works closely with corporate clients, regulators and fintech, playing role of a business manager, adviser, market manager and an innovator. He brings a fresh and comprehensive perspective on the entire value chain of payments, from initiation to settlement and from collection to cash application with keen focus on newer technologies. Vishal has extensive experience in the middle east as he was leading Cash Product Management for MENA markets before taking up the current role. In MENA, was actively involved with the set-up of product infrastructure and led several successful & complex product rollouts in an agile environment. Vishal brings to the table diverse experience gained handling Sales and Product Management. Prior to joining Standard Chartered in the middle east, he was managing regional Cash Sales for Commercial clients segment in India. In his past roles he has worked with ICICI Bank and American Express Bank in the areas of Trade Sales and Corporate Cards. Outside of the office, Vishal loves to play tennis and enjoys food. He is married with 2 kids. He is interested in how technology can solve global problems.
