Nizam is CEO and Founder of Ethikom Consultancy, a Singapore-based compliance  consultancy. Nizam draws upon his previous regulatory experience as regulator with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, his compliance background as Head of Compliance at international banks and his legal background to assist his clients in regulatory and compliance needs.  Nizam is the founding Chairman of the Regulatory and Compliance Sub-Committee of the Digital Assets Association.
