Kartik has led large and complex businesses in the payments and lending space. He currently leads payments and consumer lending at Mashreq bank, in addition to his role as executive chairman at Neopay – one of the top 5 payments businesses in the MENA region. His previous assignment was to lead the global credit cards and personal loans business at Standard Chartered. In this role, he drove strategy and multi-market product engineering and business initiatives across 24 Asian and African markets.
