I have completed several executive education programs focused on leadership, strategy, and organizational transformation, complementing my academic background, which includes a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

My professional focus is on building technology-enabled and process-driven operating models that strengthen governance, compliance, and performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. I am passionate about developing talent, fostering collaboration, and aligning operational execution with NBK’s long-term strategic vision. Currently, Senior Vice Presdent, Head of Cards, Credit & International Operations at the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), the country’s largest financial institution and its first indigenous bank, established in 1952. NBK offers a wide range of innovative banking and investment services and operates an international network of 138 branches across 13 countries.
