TJ Enos Airo is a legal practitioner and innovation strategist specializing in intellectual property, technology law, and entrepreneurship support. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Nairobi, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and is pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property and Technology Law. He also holds a certification in Data Protection from Strathmore University's CIPIT. As the Lead for StartAz.io at Anza Village, TJ manages operations for a SaaS ERP platform designed to enhance entrepreneurs' operational efficiency. He is also an Associate at Sisule & Associates LLP, focusing on legal innovation and strategy, with prior experience in litigation and dispute resolution at Madhani Advocates LLP. TJ has contributed to policy advocacy, including drafting memoranda for the Startup Bill and Creative Economy Bill, and participating in workshops for Kenya's National IP Policy. His efforts helped Anza Village earn the Innovative Policy Leadership Award 2024 by ASSEK. In entrepreneurship, TJ has led programs such as intervarsity hackathons and contributed to the Innovation Devolved Guidebook Series, fostering grassroots innovation. His work has positioned Anza Village as the Entrepreneurship Support Organization of the Year 2024, highlighting its role in advancing Kenya’s startup ecosystem.
