Tlou Arthur Mahlangu is a dynamic individual that wears two hats; one as a seasoned & capable entrepreneur, the Founder & CEO of BizTweak, an award-winning enterprise platform that is a diagnostic tool to help make entrepreneurship easier. Arthur Completed the Accenture program delivered by Henley Business School in 2021. The BizTweak Platform has won the City of Johannesburg Innovation Challenge in 2022. Arthur has been identified as a future African leader, and was selected for the prestigious Mandela-Washington Fellowship in 2023, which allowed him to hone his business skills at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza Business School in South Bend, Indiana, USA. In 2024, the BizTweak Platform has been selected as a finalist in the McCleosky New Venture Creation Competition in Indiana, USA.  As the Co-Founder and Deputy President of the MSME chamber, Arthur is responsible for MSME Policy Advocacy domestically, projects that involve entrepreneurship development, capacity building and access to markets for small enterprises especially those in the Township and rural areas. The MSME chamber has the UAE chamber as their chamber partner beyond the borders of South Africa, with the shared goal of creating trade relations between the two regions. MSME chambers has an affiliate membership of over 30 business forums which have 10000+ entrepreneurs.
