Rob Scott is a senior infrastructure leader with over 25 years’ experience in NSW local government, specialising in civil engineering, water utilities, and asset management. He’s currently the Director of Infrastructure & Engineering Services at MidCoast Council, responsible for delivering essential services across transport, water, sewer and more. With qualifications in civil and environmental engineering management and as a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Rob combines technical depth with strategic leadership. Known for his direct, collaborative approach, he’s a strong advocate for local government and passionate about sharing knowledge to improve outcomes for communities.
