A seasoned professional with a passion for driving innovation and efficiency across the roads and traffic sector, Lee brings extensive experience managing complex, high-risk infrastructure projects in live traffic environments. He specialises in developing and delivering practical, field-ready traffic management solutions that maintain network performance while enabling major construction works. With a strong background in civil engineering and project management, Lee has a proven track record of delivering safe, efficient, and compliant outcomes on large-scale transport projects. His expertise spans Worksite Traffic Management Plans (WTMPs), Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGSs), and real-time operational decision-making, with a strong focus on constructability, disruption minimisation, and stakeholder impact reduction.
