Craig is the Senior Manager, Temporary Traffic Management at Transport for NSW (TfNSW), where he leads the Temporary Traffic Management team. With over 20 years’ experience in traffic engineering, he has held a wide range of roles, spanning both analytical, office-based functions to more hands-on operational positions. This breadth of experience has given him a strong understanding of, and appreciation for, the balance between traffic management theory and practical application. Craig and his team support TfNSW project teams and industry delivery partners to achieve safer, more consistent temporary traffic management outcomes that prioritise best-practice safety for both workers and road users. Key areas of focus include the ongoing development of the Traffic Control at Work Sites (TCAWS) standard and G10 Temporary Traffic Management specifications; providing technical guidance; building capability and awareness across project teams; and representing TfNSW in the Austroads National Harmonisation of Temporary Traffic Management initiative.
