Senior executive with nearly 20 years of international experience across public and private infrastructure sectors. Recognised as Transport for NSW’s Enterprise Technical Authority, with accountability for a $230 billion multi-modal asset portfolio spanning road, rail, bus, ferry and maritime modes.
In the current acting appointment as Executive Director, leads a branch of approximately 450 staff, stewards a $268 million program budget, and drives enterprise investment prioritisation, asset custodianship and systems reform including the Transport Asset Custodian Platform and Road Assets Information System.
Prior to public sector executive roles, held full P&L commercial accountability for a £40 million (~$80M AUD) engineering business at AECOM UK, delivering 30%+ revenue growth across five offices with international project delivery across the UK, US and Middle East.
