Dr Timothy Low currently serves as a member of the hospital’s Board of Directors of Farrer Park Hospital.
He is also Head of Healthcare Investment at Pavilion Capital ( A Temasek Holdings company ).
Prior to this, Dr Low served as CEO of Farrer Park Hospital, a private acute tertiary institution sited within Singapore’s first fully integrated healthcare and hospitality complex.
It was awarded “Best New Hospital in Asia Pacific” and “Smart Hospital of the Year in Asia Pacific” in 2016/2017 respectively.
With more than 30 years tenure in both public and private practice, Dr Low brings to this role his operational and medical knowledge. He formerly held the positions of CEO of Gleneagles Hospital and as Medical Affairs senior executive across Bio-Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and CRO industries at Shire/Takeda, Covidien/Medtronic, Schering Plough/MSD , Covance and GlaxoWellcome, spanning more than 17 years.
Having been conferred the Icons of Healthcare – Leading Healthcare Management Professional of the year in 2018. He was also awarded the “50 Most Talented Healthcare Leaders of Asia” award as well as “Best CEO of the Year” in 2016 and 2017 respectively. In 2018, he was awarded the “ Icons of Healthcare ” as a leading healthcare management professional and also recognized as the “ Most Media Savvy Personality ” in 2019.
