She has over 21 years of hands on leadership experience, primarily in Fortune 500 companies (Johnson & Johnson, Novartis and Arthur Andersen) spanning across 18 countries in a variety of roles including P&L ownership, Strategy and Digital Transformation. With strong Industry networks, a deep understanding of Healthcare ecosystem she has managed large teams to deliver innovative and differentiated solutions for a spectrum of clients in Healthcare. Recently, to pursue her passion to foster innovation and value creation for early stage companies, she has been involved with the incubation space of Singapore affiliated to National University of Singapore  and other organizations to provide paid advisory services to companies on their commercialization and growth strategies. She is a graduate from Delhi University (economics Hons), a qualified Chartered Accountant and an MBA from the Indian School of Business and lived in 7 countries and directly managed over 20 countries.
