Sharon is a passionate and respected global health leader with extensive experience in business and product development.
  
As Head of JLABS @ Shanghai, Sharon is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing all operational activities for JLABS @ Shanghai, the first Johnson & Johnson Innovation – JLABS in Asia Pacific and the largest in its global network.  In 2020, Sharon was recognized by Forbes China as one of the 50 Top Women in Tech. 

Prior to joining J&J, Sharon was Head of Asia at Aeras in Beijing. She had previously served as a member of the Senior Leadership team for Baxter in Shanghai and she began her career working in Business Development for Sosei Heptares in London.

Sharon received a MPH at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health; a MBA at IE Business School, Madrid; and a DPhil and MBioChem from the University of Oxford.
