Lilian Chow, VP of Clinical Operations and Regulatory Affairs, Cerecin

As Vice President of Clinical Operations and Regulatory Affairs at Cerecin, a brain health company, Lilian leads all clinical and regulatory operations for Cerecin, including the clinical development for migraine, infantile spasms, Alzheimer’s disease and other CNS indications. Lilian is also an integral part of Cerecin’s business growth as it aims to develop unique therapeutics for the treatment of various neurodegenerative diseases. Lilian has more than 20 years of experience in clinical research, drug development and regulatory affairs, including clinical operations expertise across the US, Europe and Asia Pacific for CNS and oncology indications. Prior to Cerecin, Lilian was with ASLAN Pharmaceuticals as Vice President, Clinical Operations, Research & Development, where she was responsible for leading the advancement of several investigational compounds in various stages of development for different oncological indications. Prior to ASLAN, she spent 8 years in various project management and operations roles with Lundbeck, a CNS therapeutics leader. Lilian holds a Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) degree with Honours from National University of Singapore. She graduated from Queensland University of Technology, Australia with a Master’s degree in Management in Research & Development (Distinction).
