Born and raised in Hampshire, Madison began working at the age of 12 in exchange for private horse riding lessons, an early lesson that hard work is key to achieving your goals. Madison’s career in hospitality has been built from the ground up, spanning a variety of departments and roles including reception, duty management, operations management and Meetings & Events. Through these experiences, Madison discovered that her true passion lies in sales and in building meaningful, long-term partnerships. With a genuine love for people and performance, Madison is deeply committed to shaping the future of leadership.
