I’m Madison Norton-Betts, a Cluster Sales Manager with hospitality in my blood - thanks to my mom, who inspired me from an early age. Growing up around the industry gave me a real passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and finding smart ways to drive business. I thrive on blending technology and creative sales strategies to not only hit revenue goals but also build strong relationships and meaningful connections. At The Clermont Hotel Group, I’ve been fortunate to lead initiatives that help us stand out in a competitive market by staying innovative and customer-focused. Beyond the numbers, I’m passionate about being a strong advocate for young people starting out in hospitality. I believe in mentoring and empowering the next generation because I know firsthand how rewarding this industry can be when you have the right guidance and support. I’m excited to be speaking at NoVacancy London 2026, where I’ll share my insights on how technology, commerce, and design can shape the future of hospitality and hopefully inspire others to embrace change and think creatively.
