With over two decades of leadership across some of the world’s most iconic luxury hospitality brands – including The Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, Kempinski, and Accor – Oliver has built a career on creating exceptional guest experiences while driving sustainable business growth. As Area General Manager for Sofitel and MGallery in Thailand, he oversees a portfolio of flagship Sofitel and MGallery hotels across Bangkok, Hua Hin, Chiang Mai, and Phuket. His focus lies in strengthening owner relationships, elevating brand positioning, and mentoring general managers to lead with vision, empathy, and excellence. Throughout his career he was able to transform underperforming properties into market leaders, launch award-winning dining concepts, and steer multi-million-dollar renovations that redefine guest expectations.  German by nationality and based in Thailand for over a decade, Oliver is passionate about shaping the next generation of hospitality leaders and advancing the luxury experience in Asia’s most dynamic markets. He currently also serves as the President of the German Thai chamber of Commerce. He is married with two daughters.
