ReviewTactic is a review-intelligence platform that helps hotels, restaurants and hospitality businesses monitor, understand, respond to, and improve their online reviews across Google and more than 100 other sites. It turns the reviews a property already has into clear insight and fast action, instead of only chasing more of them.

The platform watches reviews in real time and drafts an on-brand reply for each one in any language, whether a guest writes in Thai, Mandarin, Arabic, or English, learning the owner's voice from their past responses. When it detects a suspicious or policy-violating review, it automatically drafts a Google-compliant appeal. On the analytics side, a single Reputation Index score rolls up sentiment trends, topic analysis, reviewer profiling, and a geo-grid local rank tracker that shows where a property appears strongest or weakest across any chosen map area. A competitor benchmark, drawn from over one million business profiles, shows how a property compares to nearby rivals - and even where its own guests dine and stay.
