Kate Noble is a Policy Fellow at the Mitchell Institute, focusing on early childhood education and care. Kate has worked across a wide range of portfolios as a policy adviser, within Australia and internationally. She has a strong background in early childhood, and in governance and human rights. She has worked a policy adviser in the Victorian Parliament, and previously advised on governance and human rights for the BBC’s international development arm, working across 20 countries in Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
