Jane Spencer is the CEO of Community Kinders Plus an Early Years Manager of 18 kindergartens across Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula. Jane holds a Diploma of Teaching (Early Childhood), Bachelor of Education, Master of Education and Advanced Diploma of Management.

Jane has worked as an Early Childhood Teacher in both rural and metropolitan settings. She was a Preschool Field Officer with Connections Unitingcare for a period of 5 years before moving to work in Local Government. While employed by Frankston City Council Jane was the Best Start Facilitator and the Children’s Services Community Facilitator with responsibility for successfully increasing the number of children attending kindergarten within the municipality.
Jane’s current focus is on ensuring Community Kinders Plus provides quality, innovative programs and services for the children and families that access their kindergartens.
