Elana Rose has been a Learning Community teacher at Harvest Home Primary School over the past three years. She has been a leader of implementing digital learning in her everyday teaching practice through both Literacy and Numeracy. Staff have regularly observed Elana’s exemplary practice in using programs, such as Minecraft Education and Scratch to improve student engagement and learning outcomes. Elana has lead whole school professional learning opportunities which allow staff to build their capabilities in using purposeful digital learning that develops each students’ skill sets in collaboration and problem solving.
