Martin Tillman is a transport and mobility leader with more than 30 years' international experience advising governments, developers, and infrastricture organisations on transport strategy, policy, and major urban development. His career has included senior leadership and advisory roles on some of the Middle East's most ambitious programmes, including Qiddiya, Expo 2020 Dubai, and Neom, as well as major transport and master planning projects across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Africa, Asia, Americas, and Europe. Martin's work focusses on mobility strategy, transport policy, mega projects, public transport, emerging mobility technologies, and the application of AI and data to transport decison making.
