Martin Tillman is a UAE-based transport planning and mobility expert, and founder of TMP Consult, advising governments, developers and infrastructure providers across the Middle East and internationally. He advises on rail, metro, roads and integrated mobility systems, with a particular focus on first- and last-mile connectivity, transit-oriented development, and making large transport investments work in everyday life. His work focuses on turning major transport investments into systems people actually use Previously, Martin was Executive Director for Mobility at Qiddiya in Saudi Arabia, where he was responsible for all land transport modes including high-speed rail, metro, roads, buses, shared mobility, and active travel. Before this, he led transport strategy for Ras Al Khaimah Municipality and served as Director for Strategic Transport Planning at AECOM across the Middle East and Africa. Martin is a regular media commentator on transport, congestion, rail, and urban development in the UAE. He is currently ranked No.1 LinkedIn creator for Mobility and Urbanism in the UAE, reflecting his role as a leading public voice on transport and cities and has been featured extensively across radio, print and digital media.
