Mahmoud is a qualified, talented Architect with 28 years of experience. with wide experience in BIM Management, has an extensive experience in technical engineering, construction, and consultation work. shared in many prestigious projects in UAE. Since 2009 started his BIM journey, exploring different Digital Engineering Methods in the Industry for the full project life cycle, from concept design, design development, engineering to construction and handing over. Mahmoud carried out the responsibility of converting many design and construction teams/firms in UAE to BIM, as well as many governmental entities, writing BIM protocols, setting up Standard procedures and strategies, maintain the whole BIM life Cycle from concept stages to facility management, 3D to 7D. Working on high profile projects, Mahmoud demonstrated high skills in multidisciplinary design and construction leadership, utilizing BIM strategies with top developers / Consultants in the middle east, achieving the targeted objectives in a timely control manner. The Global master’s degree in BIM 2018 -Barcelona University , added to him a comprehensive knowledge about BIM Implementation and best practices, going more in depth on All BIM related software. The Smart Cities management master 2022 -Barcelona University, also believed to allow Mahmoud to manage the Smart cities multidisciplinary approaches considering the emerging technological tools in the urban contexts, intelligent and Smart Cities BIM applications and initiatives and governmental scale Facility Management. Mahmoud now is leading the Construction arm of one of the largest developers in UAE- BINGHATTI GROUP as BIM Director.
