Magnus is leading the Connected Services area within Volvo Group Trucks North America with responsibility to develop, deliver and support current and next generation of services for Volvo Trucks and Mack Trucks to maximize customer productivity and vehicle uptime. Magnus has over 20 years’ experience within the Volvo Group and is a customer-focused leader with demonstrated success in developing and enhancing dealer and customer support services and products. He has managed several functional areas including Uptime Support, Warranty, Product Reliability and Digital & IT.
