Jason Leon is vice president and chief technology product officer (CTPO) for Ryder System, Inc., a fully integrated port‑to‑door logistics and transportation company, providing supply chain, dedicated transportation, and fleet management solutions. In this position, he is responsible for leading the development and execution of fleet product innovations that support Ryder’s Fleet Management Solutions (FMS) business.

Mr. Leon oversees a broad portfolio of customer‑facing technologies, including electric and autonomous vehicle initiatives, fuel solutions, RyderGyde, RyderConnect, Ryder Telematics, and the technology supporting Torque by Ryder, a retail mobile maintenance offering.

He also leads the development of Ryder’s next‑generation rental platform and guides new technology pursuits through RyderVentures, Ryder’s corporate venture capital fund, in collaboration with innovative companies creating the technology and applications that will drive the industry forward.

Mr. Leon brings more than 20 years of experience with Ryder, having held leadership roles across multiple functions within the FMS organization, including having served as vice president and general manager for Ryder’s Canadian operations. He holds deep expertise in fleet operations, product innovation, and technology‑enabled customer solutions, and is recognized for his ability to translate emerging technologies into practical, scalable products that support Ryder’s long‑term strategy.
