His expertise spans technology strategy, project management, continuous improvement/design, and change management. Nikhil is currently a Director in the Operations Science and Advanced Technology team at FedEx Corporation, where he focuses on identifying and implementing cutting-edge technology and automation solutions to improve service, productivity, and safety in FedEx’s operations. Nikhil is a passionate leader who builds high-performing teams and thrives on collaboration. He brings a deep understanding of business needs and challenges, coupled with a keen eye for emerging technologies, to create and execute strategic initiatives that deliver tangible value. He holds an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. He also has certifications in Agile Leadership and Design Thinking and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
