Mike Chung is senior director, market intelligence at Auto Care Association. With more than a dozen years of experience in market research, Chung provides the industry with timely information on key factors and trends influencing the health of the automotive aftermarket to help businesses throughout the supply chain make better business decisions. In his role, Chung liaises with Auto Care's Market Intelligence Committee to identify research that is beneficial to the industry and the Association's membership. He oversees production of the Association's annual Factbook, writes regular articles on current trends, leads and participates in panel discussions and webinars, and coordinates research projects by third-party consultants.
