Erica Tsypin is a seasoned and passionate EV veteran who joined Rivian in Oct 2021 to lead key fleet and strategic programs, and oversee major initiatives such as the EDV roll-out for Amazon. Prior to Rivian, Erica worked at Exelon, North America’s largest clean energy company, where she held many roles that advanced Exelon’s fleet electrification efforts and clean transportation strategies. In March 2018, Erica founded and lead Steer, an electric vehicle subscription service which gives members a convenient and hassle-free way to drive clean Erica has been recognized in Forbes for her start-up venture and sits on the board of the Illinois Alliance for Clean Transportation.
