John has over 20 years experience in the fleet industry, leading and initiating cost effective, safe and innovative fleet management solutions in that time.  In his time at Sydney Water, John has overseen multiple asset efficiency programs, cost savings initiatives, safety improvements through standardisation, telematics implementation, electric vehicle rollout, and is looking for the next project that will continue to shape the Sydney Water fleet for the future. John sees Fleet Management roles coming under increasing demand for flexibility, agility and responsiveness to organisation’s discourse. The ability to necessitate change based on evidence and strategy is essential.
