The exhibition will be held on 6 - 7 November 2025 at Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) , Tangerang, Indonesia.

Mobility Live Indonesia 2025 is a business-to-business (B2B) event for professionals and industry representatives.

You can register online via our Registration Page . Early registration is recommended to secure your place.

Expo floor access is free with registration. You can register for free online via our Registration Page .

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Please bring this email to the registration desk at the venue to collect your badge at Ticket Box (Registration) outside Hall 3A from 8:30am to collect your badge on 6 & 7 November 2025.  

Registration and badge collection are available at the following timings: 
6 November 2025: 8.30am to 5pm 
7 November 2025: 8.30am to 4:30pm 

Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) is accessible by public transport, taxi, rideshare, or car. Visit the Venue page for more information.
You are encouraged to take public transportation to Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE), if possible. Otherwise, carpooling is the way to go! Come together as a team and help to reduce carbon footprint (and parking stress too).

There are several food and beverage options available within the venue. Food and drinks are not included with your pass package.

Yes, registered attendees will receive access to the official Mobility Live Indonesia 2025 event app . You can use it to view the agenda, bookmark sessions, and connect with exhibitors. Visit the Event App page for details on how to download and log in.

Pre-registration for the sessions is not required. However, we encourage you to bookmark your preferred sessions in the event app to create a personalised schedule. Please refer to the program for more details.

No, sessions are not recorded. We encourage attendees to connect with speakers directly through the event app to request any materials or follow-up information.

You can collect your Exhibitor badge at the Ticket Box (Registration) outside Hall 3A.
5 November 2025: 12pm to 6pm
6 November 2025: 8:30am to 5pm
7 November 2025: 8:30am to 4:30pm

A unique link for exhibitor badge registration has been sent to your company representative via email. If you require further assistance, please contact Elain at elain.tay@terrapinn.com .

There is no storage space available on-site. You may arrange with our Official Freight Forwarder (DSV) to store your items at a fee. Please refer to Form 7 (Freight Forwarding Services) for more information.

High visibility vest and covered shoes are required for all personnel entering the hall on 4 & 5 November 2025.

No, food & beverage catering is exclusive to ICE Indonesia.
