Jaideep Dhanoa is the Co-Founder and CEO of FENIX. FENIX is leading the digitization and electrification of last mile transportation in the Greater Middle East. Its vertically integrated platform manages thousands of Light Electric Vehicles and millions of rides to move people across 5 countries in the region (UAE, KSA, Turkey, Qatar & Bahrain), in partnership with leading transport agencies and real estate developers. In 2023 FENIX expanded its scope into tech-enabled last mile deliveries, bringing a market-leading customer experience, operations excellence and price leadership to 200+ ecommerce partners through same day, next day, temperature controlled and bullet deliveries across the United Arab Emirates. Jaideep has almost a decade of disruptive mobility experience in emerging markets, previously holding senior leadership positions with Grab, Careem, and Circ. Before entering the mobility industry, Jaideep spent several years with McKinsey and Company’s Silicon Valley office, and led digital video businesses in Asia Pacific with The Walt Disney Company and The Indian Premier League. Jaideep holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia University and a MBA with Distinction from INSEAD.
