Moadh Bukhash, Chief Marketing Officer, Emirates NBD

Moadh Bukhash is the Chief Marketing Officer of Emirates NBD. In his role, he is responsible for the development and implementation of the Group’s corporate brand and marketing strategy and end-to-end counsel and advisory to the Emirates NBD Group. Leading a team of more than 40 employees, and through the implementation of global best practices, Moadh is responsible for leading and executing integrated brand communication plans, with a focus on digital and social media integration and strategy, innovative product marketing, marketing proposition development and propagation, experiential marketing, among other roles. A seasoned communications and brand strategy professional with over 17 years of experience, Moadh brings a myriad of progressive strategic insights to his role, drawing from his experience of working across real estate, special economic zones, and public and semi-government sectors. Prior to joining Emirates NBD, Bukhash held the position of Director of Group Communications at ENOC (Emirates National Oil Company), where he was responsible for managing marketing and communications activities with the aim of positioning ENOC and the UAE as a global leader in the energy sector. Moadh also held the position of Head of Strategic (Communications) Affairs at Mubadala, where he contributed to the strategic development of the Mubadala’s corporate brand and the brand’s creative direction, supporting the marketing and communications plans of Energy-focused assets and subsidiaries, while providing support to corporate units with marketing objectives and requirements. He also held similar roles in Dubai Holding (Sama Dubai) and Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza). Bukhash has obtained numerous certifications, including the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Program’s Elite Leaders Program, GE Leadership Development Course and is an IIRME certified Brand Manager. He holds a bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the American University in Dubai.
