Varun Rai has over 16 years of experience in strategy, marketing and business development across multiple industry sectors including technology, energy and retail. Currently he is Director of Business Development for Shell’s Specialties business. Before this role, as the Regional Marketing Manager for Shell’s Retail B2B business, he led strategy and marketing for the business across Asia. Varun is a MBA graduate from Saïd Business School, Oxford, UK. Before working at Shell, he worked in the technology sector in sales and marketing, and led business transformation projects for Fortune 100 retailers in the US, UK and Europe.
