Seema Punwani, Partner, R3

Seema Punwani has been in the marketing and communications industry for the last 18 years. Her work experience ranges from Integrated to discipline specific- Above and Below-the-line Advertising, Digital, CRM, Shopper Marketing, and Activation. Seema has worked across blue chip clients like Unilever, Nestle, Singapore Airlines, Procter & Gamble and DBS. In her current role with R3 she has led global initiatives for clients like MasterCard, Economic Development Board of Singapore, Fonterra, Suntory amongst others. In addition to leading client assignments, she also is in charge of training and capability development, as well as driving strategic initiatives. A part-time lecturer, teaching and talent development is a passion point for her.
