Benedict Ang has nearly 20 years’ experience in Financial Services, with areas of expertise focused around business strategy, customer service modelling, customer experience, product development and process efficiency. He has extensive experience in programme/project management, process re-engineering and organisational transformation, strategy alignment and balance scorecard management, investment bank CRM, business consulting and other management roles. A CPA and CFP certified member, and PMP and Six Sigma trained, he has worked in various strategic initiatives across multiple countries, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Japan, Korea, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, Pacific and the United States.
