Over the past 20 plus years, Steve Grant has worked as a subject matter expert applying his extensive experience in identity document systems, border security, passenger processing, and biometrics to help assist multiple international organizations and governments. In addition to his role at Entrust as the Director of Business Development and Strategic Alliances for Identity Verification, Steve is very active with various identity and travel standards committees and working groups. Steve is a Non-Executive Director with the International Border Management and Technology Association (IBMATA); a member of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Implementation and Capacity Building Working Group (ICBWG); and is a Canadian representative to the ISO/IEC SC17 WG3 standards group for Travel Documents. Steve has a degree in Electrical Engineering, and is a licensed professional engineer in Ontario, Canada.
