S53 - OpenOrigins was founded with the mission to build global trust back into visual content. 
 
Deepfakes and Fabricated AI-generated content threaten our shared understanding of reality. Rather than focusing on 'whack-a-mole' approaches to deepfake detection, OpenOrigins' was created to prove what is real using a purpose-built blockchain and proactive content provenance-technologies.
