KeypMe is the new product from Labapart that transforms your smartphone into a smartcard for your computer. As simple as paying with your phone, you can leverage smartcard benefits such as replacing passwords with strong authentication, signing and encrypting documents without the need for a physical reader and cards.

KeypMe is a smartcard solution that uses your phone as a smartcard. This means that you can use your phone to access secure systems and services that would normally require a physical smartcard. After connecting your phone to your computer either through BLE, NFC or Internet; your computer sees a fully compatible smartcard. All smartcard use cases can be fulfill with KeypMe: user authentication, document or email digital signature, file encryption, VPN access but also physical access.

KeypMe leverages smartphone capabilities such as biometric sensors and Secure Element to store cryptographic keys. A HSM can also be used when it is prefer that employee private keys are not stored on their phone. In addition to support virtual smartcard, KeypMe supports FIDO2 Passkey that makes it a complete standard passwordless authenticator.

No need of any hardware such as physical smartcard would require. It also integrates seamless in IT infrastructures that have supported smartcards for decades.
