BN International s.r.o., located Czech Republic, is an independent leading manufacturer of cover materials for the security market. Our products are commonly used on the world’s leading passport production machines for passports and E-passports. The products are branded under the names Balacryl and Balatex.
The base materials used for productions of covers are textile or reinforced latex-saturated paper
The coatings applied are waterbased Acrylic.
We can produce basically every colour and treat the surface with the most common embossing patterns. For additional security we can apply multi-colour invisible UV-text or designs.
Apart from this we can apply blind embossing, debossing and foil stamping and we can even embed holograms in our covers.
The minimum production for Acrylic solutions is 500 m2 and we are able to produce both in sheets and rolls. Due to intensive quality control we are able to meet with the highly demanding ICAO requirements of the leading passport producers and chip inlay manufacturers. The result of BN’s practical and flexible attitude is a stable continuous growth.
