Kwok Quek Sin, Senior Director, National Digital Identity, GovTech Singapore

Quek Sin oversees the National Digital Identity (NDI) programme, one of Singapore’s five Strategic National Projects. The NDI programme aims to develop a trusted digital ecosystem, centred around a universal identity, to facilitate data flow and service journeys across the boundaries of organisations.  
Quek Sin and his team collaborate closely with government agencies, industry partners and the international communities to develop the necessary digital infrastructure that enables online trust, including platforms for identity, authentication, consent, authorisation, digital signature, eKYC and data exchange.
Prior to joining the Public Service in 2009, Quek Sin served in multiple consulting and management roles across various MNCs, including Accenture, Deloitte Consulting and HP.
