Emmanuel Kpakpo Brown is an Identity Expert and the Vice President of the ID4Africa Identity Council (IIC) – a Council currently made up of 48 different African countries’ senior government identity experts - ID4Africa Ambassadors. The Council is a think-tank that provides guidance and advisory services to Governments’ on digital identity matters.

In Ghana, he is a Senior Officer - Technology and Biometrics with the National Identification Authority.

Brown's several years of experience within the global identity ecosystem have seen him speak at several international identity conferences - including the African Union’s 5th Conference of African Ministers Responsible for Civil Registration (COM5) in Lusaka, Zambia – 2019;  Reconnaissance International’s 2018, 2019 and 2020 High Security Printing – EMEA in Warsaw-Poland, St. Julian’s–Malta and Lisbon-Portugal respectively.
