Dev is a graduate of the Royal University of Bhutan. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. Dev joined Bhutan NDI in 2022 as a Governance and Policy lead. He served as a member of the drafting committee for the Bhutan NDI Act 2023. He currently works as a DevOps Engineer at Bhutan NDI.
