What are the dates and location of the exhibition?

Highways AU 2025 will be held on  15 & 16 October 2025  at  International Convention Centre , Sydney.

Expo & Conference Hours

Wednesday, 15 October
• Exhibitor access: from 8:30am
• Expo open: 9:30am - 5pm
• Networking drinks: 5:00pm – 6:30pm

Thursday, 16 October
• Exhibitor access: from 8:30am
•  Conference plenary: 9:30am – 11:00am

• Expo open: 9:30am – 4:30pm

Registration opens from 8:30am each day.

Who can attend the event?

Highways AU is open to the entire road and transport infrastructure community.  Connecting the entire supply chain from design and procurement to construction, maintenance, and operations. To serving government agencies, contractors, engineers, operators, consultants, suppliers, and innovators.  Registration is required.

How do I register to attend?

You can register online via our Registration Page . Early registration is recommended to secure your place.

Is there an entry fee?

Highways AU is a free to attend Expo, you can secure your place via our  Registration Page .

 How do I collect my pass?

Bring your registration confirmation email to the registration desk at the venue to collect your pass. Or scan the QR code in the event app at the registration desk to print your event pass.

 What if I want to change my pass?

Please log on to the app and visit the ‘My Account’ section where you can make changes to your event pass. If you still can’t edit your pass, please enter the event with your current pass on the app and see the staff at the registration desks who can assist with further issues on-site.

How do I get to the venue?

Is parking available?

Yes, paid parking is available at the venue. For more information visit the Venue page

Are there hotels nearby?

Yes, there are several hotels within walking distance of International Convention Centre. Visit our Accommodation Page to view nearby options and access exclusive attendee rates.

Is Wi-Fi available at the exhibition?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout International Convention Centre. Login details will be provided on-site.

Are food and drinks available?

Yes, a range of food and beverage options will be available for purchase inside the exhibition hall.

Are there cloakroom or storage facilities?

Yes, cloakroom services are available near the main entrance.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

Absolutely. International Convention Centre is fully accessible. The venue is fully accessible and equipped with facilities for disabled guests. For more details, visit the Venue page.

Is there an event app?

Yes, all registered attendees will receive access to the official event app. Use it to browse the agenda, explore the expo floor, plan meetings, and connect with other attendees.

How can I arrange meetings with exhibitors?

Use the Highways AU 2025 event app to connect and schedule meetings with exhibitors before and during the event.

Are there networking opportunities?

Yes. You’ll have plenty of chances to connect, including topic-led roundtables, networking drinks on Day 1 and meeting scheduling via the event app.

Conference & Sessions

Is there a conference program?

Yes, the agenda has 5 conference tracks: construction, asset management & maintenance, parking, smart traffic, and digital contruction. You can browse the agenda via  our Conference agenda page.

Do I need to pre-register for sessions?

No. Sessions are first-come, first-served. Use the app to bookmark sessions and plan your day.

Will sessions be recorded or available after the event?

Sessions will not be recorded. Presentation slides may be shared at the speaker’s discretion.

Health & Safety

What health and safety measures are in place?

Highways AU 2025 follows all current Government and International Convention Centre health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for attendees, exhibitors, and staff. Measures may include enhanced cleaning, sanitisation stations, and crowd management practices. Updates will be provided regularly.

What should I do if I feel unwell at the event?

If you feel unwell during the event, please visit the first aid station or notify a member of the event staff immediately. Your wellbeing is our priority.

What is the dress code for the event?

Business casual is suitable for the conference and exhibition.

Can I bring a guest?

All attendees must be individually registered. If you would like to bring a colleague, friend, or guest, please ensure they complete their own registration via the Registration page .
